Purpose – Strategic plan for moving from where you are financially as un-employed persons, a W-2 employee or an underpaid consultant to where you would like to be by a certain date.  State the Objectives and the Steps or Activities you plan to take in making the move.

Purpose – Strategic plan for moving from where you are financially to where you want to be during “retirement” after you cease your day to day working.  Note some of us retire but enter into other activities. The Exit Plan is that vision after you terminate work and are still active
